Working Together We Can Succeed
When I first ran for election in 2015 my goal, and I'm sure yours, was to move Cheltenham forward from the inertia of the past. We were living in a community burdened by its taxes and a failing infrastructure. These were not trivial challenges nor ones that could be fixed overnight. 
These were challenges you overwhelmingly demanded we take on. I am proud to say that we have made some incredible progress.
In the last three years we have managed to pass the new zoning code, negotiate a potential sale of our ailing sewer system and witnessed the beginnings of a business and development renaissance. These were the tools and results I had promised to you 4 years ago.
There is still much work to do. There are wonderful opportunities for new development and business growth to reinvigorate and sustain our community. There are new possibilities for collaboration with the School District, the County and our citizens groups. Working together, we can make it happen.
